Contact Valid IDs PH
We read every message that comes in. Whether you spotted an error in a guide, found that a counter asked for something different from what we published, or simply could not find the answer you needed, writing to us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Send US Message
Email Us
There is one address for everything, so you never have to guess which inbox to use.
We aim to reply within two to three working days. Corrections that affect a fee, a requirement, or a list of accepted IDs are treated as urgent and are usually checked the same day, because a wrong instruction on this site means somebody wastes a trip.
What We Can Help With
This site is an information resource, so the help we can give is information. Here is what we handle well.
- Corrections. Tell us the page and what was wrong, and what the office actually said. These are our highest priority messages.
- Gaps in a guide. If a step was missing or a situation was not covered, we will look at adding it.
- Requests for new guides. If an ID or a process is not covered yet, tell us. Reader requests shape what we publish next.
- Questions about what an ID is accepted for. We will point you to the published rule or tell you honestly that the rule is set branch by branch.
- Media and research enquiries. Journalists and researchers writing about Philippine identification are welcome to get in touch.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion requests under the Data Privacy Act. Put the word privacy in the subject line.
What We Cannot Help With
We would rather tell you this now than have you wait for a reply that cannot solve your problem. Valid IDs PH is not a government agency and has no access to any agency system.
- We cannot check the status of your application, your tracking number, or your reference number.
- We cannot process, submit, follow up, or speed up any application.
- We cannot book, move, or cancel an appointment at any office.
- We cannot release, replace, or correct an ID card, and we cannot fix a typo on one.
- We cannot give legal advice on your specific situation.
- We do not work with fixers and we will not refer you to one. Every ID covered here can be obtained by the applicant personally for the official fee.
For any of these, you need the issuing agency itself. The relevant guide on this site lists the correct office and its official contact details, which is always a better route than a third party.
Please Do Not Send Personal Documents
Do not attach scans or photos of your IDs, birth certificate, payslips, bank statements, or application forms. We have no use for them and we cannot act on them.
If you send such material by accident, we delete it and tell you that we have done so. You can describe your situation in words without sending a single document, and that is all we need in order to help.
How to Write a Message We Can Act On
A short, specific message gets a faster and more useful reply than a long one. If you are reporting a correction, these four details are usually enough.
- The page you were reading, or its title.
- The exact detail that was wrong, such as the fee, the processing time, or a requirement.
- What the office told you instead, and when.
- Which branch or city, since practice sometimes differs from one office to another.
We check every report against the official source before changing anything. If your report holds up, the guide is corrected and we write back to tell you. If the published rule still says otherwise, we write back with the source so you know where the difference came from.
Advertising and Partnership Enquiries
Advertising on this site is served through our advertising partners rather than sold directly, so we do not take bookings for individual placements.
We also do not accept payment to recommend a service, to add a link, or to write about a process more favourably than the facts support. Messages offering paid placements, guest posts, or link exchanges will not get a reply, and we would rather say that here than leave anyone waiting.
Common Questions
A few questions come in often enough that it is worth answering them here.
Are you connected to any government agency?
No. Valid IDs PH is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Philippine Statistics Authority, PHLPost, SSS, GSIS, LTO, DFA, or any other office. We read their published rules and explain them.
Can you tell me if my ID is ready?
No. Only the issuing agency can see that. The guide for your card lists the official tracking channel, which is the only reliable place to check.
Do you charge for anything?
No. Every guide is free to read and the site is funded by advertising. If anyone asks you to pay Valid IDs PH for an application, a form, or faster processing, it is not us.
How long before you reply?
Usually two to three working days. Corrections that affect a fee or a requirement are looked at sooner.
Can I republish your guides?
Not in full. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back to the original page. Write to us first if you want to do more than that.
Concluding Remarks
This site gets better when readers tell us what is actually happening at the counter. Agencies change their requirements quietly, branches interpret rules differently, and the person who just came back from an office knows the current practice better than any published document does.
So if something here is wrong, out of date, or missing, write to [email protected]. It takes a minute, and it saves the next reader a wasted trip.
